Paleo Turkey Chili


Ingredients: 
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 medium Onion
3 Cloves garlic
1 1/5 ground Turkey
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 1/2 tsp ground Cumin
1 tblsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cyan Pepper
15 oz Tomato Sauce (no sugar)
1 can Black/ Kidney Beans (rinsed and drained)
Fresh Parsley

Instructions: 
1) Brown ground turkey
2) Add in diced onion, pepper , and garlic cook until soft and translucent.
3) Next add in all your spices , tomato sauce, and beans!
4) Cook at a low simmer for 20 minutes.
5) Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley and avocado !!!!
